The Lorax Craft

Sharing is caring!

The Lorax has become a favorite character for my kids after watching the play at the Children’s Theater. We’ve been listing to songs on Pandora since then and dancing on them too. With Dr Seuss Day just a few weeks ago, now it’s the perfect time to make a Lorax craft.

We’ve focused on The Cat in the Hat book so far and made several Thing 1 and Thing 2 as well as the Cat in the Hat crafts.

We’re switching gears this year and planning on creating a few Lorax crafts, like this paper plate Lorax or Lorax windsocks.

Today we’re going to make a paper Lorax. Because we love paper crafts.

They are easy and fun, especially when they come with a template like this one.

Kids have to practice their scissors cutting skills and cut out the patterns and then glue them together to make the Lorax.
