If you’re looking to make an easy Christmas tree craft with your kids, our tree is simple and fun. We gave it eyes, a big red nose and a nice smile. It comes with a template that you can use. The patterns are big enough for little hands to handle and practice their scissors cutting. A great craft for preschoolers and kindergartners but of course older kids will enjoy it too.

The tree comes with a big yellow star on top and a few colorful decorations at the bottom. To make it look even more fun, we gave our tree mittens, too. Because we can’t let the tree be cold out there in the snow.

This craft is a nice addition to our Christmas tree crafts. If you want to find more Christmas ideas, like Santa, elves and reindeer, please check out our entire collection of Christmas crafts.

HOW TO MAKE THE CHRISTMAS TREE CRAFT

The Christmas tree template comes with two versions:
1. home template – print the template, cut out the patterns and trace them on appropriate colored paper
2. classroom template – print the pattern directly on colored paper and cut them out.
This way you can easily craft with just one or two kids as well as with a classroom full of students.
