An easy DIY giraffe headband craft for kids to make and wear year-round.
Your kid may be fascinated by the animals they see at the ZOO, they may spend a lot of time just looking at the different animals and observing all their moves. Giraffes, monkeys, lions – they are so interesting!
You may even watch animal documentaries with your kids at home – what a fun way to learn about the many species that live on Earth! Some of them you can’t even find at the ZOO.
Maybe you plan an animal-themed birthday party for your kid who loves jungle animals. Giraffe paper hats would make a great addition to such an occasion. Both kids and adults can wear them.
The giraffe headband printable I have created comes with two options, one is colored and the other one is black and white. Preschoolers and older kids will enjoy coloring their giraffe.
To make it easy for young kid to cut out their own paper hats, the printable comes with the horns attached to the head or detached.
Preschoolers may find it easier to cut the head and horns separately and then glue them together. We don’t want scissors cutting to be frustrating for little ones.
You know your kid best – so make sure to pick the best option for them.
