While The Lorax is a favorite character to create for Dr Seuss Day (check out our entire collection of Dr Seuss crafts) , he also makes a great Earth Day craft. After all he speaks for the trees and is a passionate environmental defender. So a Lorax Earth Day craft sounded like a good idea for us to make.
We have adapted our Lorax craft to include the Earth and kids’ handprint for a more personal touch. The Lorax looks like he’s holding Earth in his hands.
The template we have created for this craft comes with two Earth versions: one is already colored and kids just have to cut it out and glue it on while the other Earth needs to be colored first.
