Why teach kids about Mexico?

Introducing kids to Mexico is a great way to help them appreciate world cultures, geography, language, and traditions from an early age. Learning about other countries builds curiosity and global awareness.

Kids are exposed to the Mexican culture, especially during Cinco de Mayo (May 5), Mexican Independence Day (September 16), and Hispanic Heritage Month. Our Mexico spinner craft printable can be used for all these occasions.

What materials do I need for this craft?

The craft only requires a few supplies: cardstock paper, colored pencils or markers, a hole punch, and a paper fastener. I used 60lb cardstock paper because I wanted the spinner to be sturdy.
