If your looking for an easy farm animal craft, Letter C (C is for cow) idea or an animal craft in general, this cow craft is super simple and fun to make. It’s perfect for preschoolers, kindergartners and older kids.
You can pair the craft with a cow or farm animal book or use it as an opportunity to learn about cows and share some amazing facts about them. Start with the basic facts that cows provide milk and meat for us. Milk is used to make other delicious dairy products, from cheese to ice cream.
My son’s favorite string cheese comes with fun facts about cows written on the wrappers. This is how my family found out that cows drink a lot of water, the equivalent of a bathtub full of water per day or that about 10 pounds of milk is needed to make one pound of cheese.
We love animal crafts and our cow is the first farm animal we have created so far. Promise to come back with more.
