Making a shark paper hat is a fun craft to make with kids during shark week, for an ocean animal study unit, or just for fun on a summer day, before going to the beach.

Shark paper hat craft printable for kids to make for Shark Week in July

This shark paper hat is a simple summer craft idea for kids during Shark Week in July, mixing fun and learning into one exciting activity. As they color, cut and assemble their shark headbands, they can also discover interesting facts about the ocean’s most fascinating creatures—their different species, habitats, and importance in marine ecosystems.

Once their hats are complete, kids can wear them for imaginative play or in the classroom, if they are part of the end of the school year crafting.
