Valentine Heart Cards: Bee and Ladybug

Sharing is caring!

Make adorable ladybug and bee Valentine heart cards with your kids for their classmates and teachers.

These DIY Valentine’s Day heart cards are easy to make by preschoolers and older kids.

While I’m all for classroom non-candy Valentines, I also love handmade Valentine cards for the teachers.

I want my boys to play an active role in creating Valentines for the important people in their lives and we worked together in making these cute heart cards. The teachers, the school bus drivers and our babysitter will get one on Valentine’s Day.

The template comes now with three options:

  1. print the heart and stripes/spots separately
  2. print the heart and stripes/spots together
  3. print the heart and color the stripes/spots

How to make DIY Valentine cards

The Valentine heart cards template comes with two versions:

  • Template option 1:- print the pattern directly on colored paper and cut them out.
  • Template option 2: – print the template, cut out the patterns and trace them on appropriate paper.

This way you can easily craft with just one or two kids as well as with a classroom full of students.

Step by step directions
