An easy 3D construction paper Christmas tree craft for kids that you will add to your holiday decorations.
Time to add another Christmas tree craft to our collection of Christmas crafts for kids. This one is made with paper loops for a nice 3D effect.
The inspiration came from our own four season tree craft.
I wanted to create a beautiful but simple Christmas tree for kids. It will help preschoolers and kindergartners work on their fine motor skills, while scissor cutting all the paper strips and gluing them into loops.
That’s why this craft idea is perfect not only as a Christmas family project but also in the classroom. It could be used to decorate the hallways, as a bulletin board display or for the holiday classroom party.
If you are a teacher, you can make the construction paper Christmas trees with your students and send them home as part of the holiday gift for parents.
For an extra touch you can decorate the tree with red confetti. We even added a heart. Can you spot it in the next picture?
Here it is:
Pair the Christmas tree with one of these 90 ornaments kids can make or any of these 24 Christmas handprint crafts.
