Father’s Day is a great day for kids to make cards and gifts for their dad. This Father’s Day truck craft is simple enough for kids as young as preschoolers and it shows dad how much you love and appreciate him by sending him loads of love.
You can pair the craft with one of these 20 Father’s Day handprint gifts.
My kids get super excited when their dad has to rent a truck for some house or yard work.
After a big storm a few years ago, one of the trees in our backyard fell down. That was exciting enough for the kids in our neighborhood. They get to witness my husband and our neighbor slicing the tree trunk and then came “la piece de resistance”. My husband rented a truck to take the wood to recycling. This made my boys’ day. That summer I heard the questions “When is daddy going to rent a truck again?” too many times.
