If you want to teach kids about frogs, look no further than this frog life cycle spinner wheel. It not only shows the five stages of a frog life cycle: egg, tadpole, tadpole with legs, froglet and adult but it also includes a fun craft.
The craft and activity template is available for your convenience. It has big patterns especially made for kids as young as preschoolers, who are still learning to master their scissors cutting skills.
When I first created the bee life cycle spinner, I didn’t think that would be the beginning of a spring life cycle series. So far I have added a butterfly life cycle, a bird life cycle and now the frog life cycle.
I really enjoy creating these spinners and plan to create more, even outside the life cycle area, like this Mother’s Day spinner.
This is our first frog (except for the Valentine’s Day heart frog) and it is such a nice addition to our spring craft collection.
