Honor our Lord and Savior this Easter season by crafting a beautiful interactive activity for kids: He Is Risen folded surprise craft.
Perfect for preschoolers, kindergartners, and elementary school-aged kids, this religious Easter craft comes with a simple printable template. Kids will color, cut, and fold.
While the He Is Risen folded surprise craft is a nice addition to the Easter Sunday School arts and crafts collection, you can try it at home, too. The low-prep craft has easy to follow step-by-step instructions.
When folded, the craft features the words He Is Risen, and when unfolded, you can see Jesus in the sky. The Christian-themed craft celebrates the resurrection of Jesus Christ and helps little kids have a visual for the celebration.
“Christ Is Risen” ” He Is Risen, Indeed”
These are Easter greetings of Catholic and Orthodox traditions. When you approach someone, you would say, “Christ is Risen” and the response would be, “He Is Risen Indeed”. These greetings capture what is celebrated at Easter: that Jesus Christ, who was crucified and died on Calvary, is alive.
