Paper Plate Lorax Craft

Sharing is caring!

Let’s make  a paper plate Lorax craft today. A nice way to celebrate Dr Seuss Day in March.

Paper plate Lorax craft for kids to make for Dr Seuss Day #nontoygifts

Another snow day and a no school day for us.

When we got the call yesterday letting us know that the school would be closed today, I rushed over to the library and grabbed the movie The Lorax.

It will snow all day long today and I’m sure we will spend a lot of time outside playing with the neighborhood friends.

But at some point we will also want to get cozy inside.

A good movie will be much appreciated and I know my kids will love to watch The Lorax.

Lorax craft for kids

We have seen the play, listened to songs and made one Lorax craft so far. It’s time to add another craft to our Dr Seuss craft collection.

Paper plate crafts are among our favorites.

We usually end up painting them and sometimes we also use yarn to create some awesome crafts.

Many of them come with free printables, so make sure to check out this collection of 25 paper plate crafts with free templates.

If you’re printing the template onto yellow paper, just cut out the eyebrows and use as is or you can trace the pattern on yellow construction paper.
