This paper roll apple core craft is a simple paint and glue craft and a great activity for kids to welcome the upcoming fall season. It’s also a nice opportunity to look at the inside of an apple and talk about the leaves, skin, stem, seeds, and core of an apple with your little ones.

We have created quite a few apple crafts throughout the years, from easy pine cone apples to a paper plate and yarn apple basket for preschoolers and older kids. This apple core idea is one of our readers’ favorite. It may be because it’s so simple to make or because it looks great. Or maybe a combination of the two.
