Father's Day spinner craft for preschoolers and older kids

A simple coloring craft that dads will love receiving as a homemade gift made by her kids.

While the simplicity makes this craft perfect for young kids as toddlers or preschoolers, older kids will enjoy working on it, too.

This craft is the result of the combo between the Mother’s Day spinner and the superhero spinner for Father’s Day.

Easy Father's Day spinner craft for kids

The cover of the spinner has the words: Dad, you are… and on the spinner itself there are 4 sections:

  • My sunshine
  • King of the grill
  • Fin-tastic
  • My hero

Kids can color both the cover and the spinner and attach the two together with a paper fastener.

The cover has a lot of elements that will dad will identify with, from a tie to grilling tools. The mustache had to be there too.

The template I created for this Father’s Day spinner craft includes several options for the cover:

  • Dad, you are…
  • Grandpa, you are…
  • Grandad, you are…
  • Stepdad, you are…
  • Uncle, you are…

You can pair the Father’s Day superhero spinner with one of these 20 handmade gifts kids can make or any of these adorable 20 Father’s Day handprint gifts, and you’re all set for Father’s Day!
