As Earth Day approaches, and you are looking for easy and fun craft ideas for kids, I have created an Earth Day decoration for preschoolers to color and make at daycare, classroom, or home.
It is a super simple craft especially created for preschool. The printable template features a tree, mushroom, two butterflies and a bunch of flowers, all dancing around and looking happy.
At the top of the decoration you can read the words HAPPY EARTH DAY.
Preschoolers will have a blast coloring all the elements, cutting out the decoration, and gluing crepe paper streamers at the bottom of the decoration.
The Earth Day decoration will look festive wherever you decide to hang it.

How to make an Earth Day decoration
Print the Earth Day decoration page.
Color the decoration and cut it out.
Glue 5 crepe paper streamers at the bottom of the decoration.
Make a hole at the top of the decoration (where marked) and add yarn for hanging.
