Earth Flower Craft

Sharing is caring!

Earth Day is the perfect time to remind your kids how important it is to take care of our planet. This Earth flower craft is a fun reminder that we need to do our best to help Earth. One way to do so is to recycle. That’s why the Earth flower grows in a flowerpot with the recycling sign on it.

For more ideas on how kids and their families can help Earth, I would recommend to take a look at this happy Earth sad Earth activity – great for kids as young as preschoolers and older ones too. Children will have to do some sorting and determine if our actions (like plating a new tree) are good or not for our planet.

The Earth flower craft comes with an easy template. Because the recycling sign on the flowerpot may be a bit too little for young hands to cut out, I have also included a flowerpot that kids can color.

The Earth flower template comes with two versions:

1. Template – Option 1: cut out the patterns and trace them on corresponding colored paper.

2. Template – Option 2: print the pattern directly on colored paper and cut them out.

This way you can easily craft with just one or two kids as well as with a classroom full of students.
